If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
Traza provides tools for academic workflows, submissions, comments, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, uploading malware, or violating applicable law.
Educational institutions and teachers remain responsible for content they assign and for compliance with student privacy obligations.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Traza a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Traza's name, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy or reverse engineer the Service.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Traza's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Estos Terminos de servicio ("Terminos") rigen tu acceso y uso del sitio y servicios de Traza (el "Servicio"). Al usarlo, aceptas estos Terminos.

El Servicio
Traza ofrece herramientas para flujos academicos, entregas, comentarios y funciones relacionadas. Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones con aviso razonable cuando sea posible.
Cuentas y seguridad
Eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de la actividad bajo tu cuenta.
Debes proporcionar informacion veraz y mantenerla actualizada.
Uso aceptable
No debes hacer mal uso del Servicio: acceso no autorizado, interferencia, malware o violacion de la ley.
Las instituciones y docentes siguen siendo responsables del contenido que asignan y del cumplimiento de privacidad estudiantil.
Contenido y propiedad intelectual
Conservas derechos sobre el contenido que envias. Otorgas a Traza una licencia limitada para alojar, procesar y mostrar ese contenido solo para operar y mejorar el Servicio.
Nombre, marca y software de Traza estan protegidos. Salvo lo permitido expresamente, no copies ni hagas ingenieria inversa del Servicio.
Servicios de terceros
El Servicio puede integrar proveedores externos; su uso puede estar sujeto a sus terminos y politicas.
Exenciones
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" en la medida en que lo permita la ley. Renunciamos a garantias implicitas cuando corresponda.
Limitacion de responsabilidad

Estos Terminos se rigen por las leyes aplicables a la jurisdiccion de operacion de Traza, sin considerar conflictos de leyes.
